At MVL Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’ve created a simple and easy returns process to help you return or exchange your items.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Custom or personalized orders are excluded from the return policy unless there is a defect in the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team at support@mvlfurniture.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts or promotions applied to your order will be voided once an item is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items


If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund. To help us assess the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet been shipped. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in the shipping process.

Some items are non-returnable, including custom-made furniture, clearance items, and special order products. Please review the product details before completing your purchase.
