Manufacturer Warranty

Furniture products we offer at are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer Warranty Covers all damages that occurred to manufacturing defects of the furniture frame and materials of manufacturing. Manufacturer Warranty is included with every furniture order and FREE of charge.

Extended 5-years Warranty

In addition, we offer you an option to protect your furniture from risks of accidental damages that may occur during the whole period of furniture use.


Extended Warranty is offered to our customers on the following conditions: 9% from the value of furniture, but not less than $159.


An extended warranty covers accidental damage and structural failures. Such damages and failures do not include manufacturing defects and damages already covered by Manufacturer (Factory) Warranty.

An extended warranty covers accidental damage that includes: stains, rips, punctures, failures described below.


An extended warranty covers a wide range of accidental upholstery damages occurred, including:

  • Stains caused by spills, oils, dirt, contact with beauty products, etc.*
  • Physical damage of upholstery i.e. rips, punctures, burns, tears

*Naturally occurred damage, characterized by daily use of furniture, as well as gradual staining of upholstery is not covered under Extended Warranty.


Extended warranty covers accidental damages of finish, that include:

  • Burns;
  • Scratches;
  • Chip;
  • Penetration of top surface.
  • Structural failures

Extended warranty includes coverage for the structural failures if not covered by manufacturer warranty:

  • Structural damages;
  • Loss of silvering;
  • Deformation of seams or stitching;
  • Damage of accents/tufting;
  • Breakage of mechanisms.

Coverage Service Plan limit

Repairs and replacements under Extended Warranty are limited to $25,000.00

Claim Reporting

All claims should be reported within 30 days of the discovery of damage. Claims reported after the expiration date will not be eligible for the Extended Warranty Coverage.

What you will receive under the extended warranty plan

Extended Warranty provides coverage for repair or replacement of the product. After the claim is reported, a furniture repair specialist will provide you with repair advice. If the damage still persists, you may benefit from a visit of a technician to check the condition of furniture and if it can be repaired on-site or off-site. In case of off-site repair, furniture will be transported at no charge. If the replacement or repair is impossible due to missing parts, upholstery materials, etc. you may receive a cash settlement, the amount of which is decided by the service center but cannot exceed the current retail price of the product.
